OUR PARTNERS
Our relationship with our factories is a partnership based on strong shared values, technical expertise and a focus on continuous improvement of our products. .
HOW WE WORK
Making jewelry in 18K gold plated we have approximately 7 steps to the final product to get the high quality for our costumers.
1 step - Degreaser
The initial bath process begins with the degreaser, where the raw parts are cleaned, eliminating dirt, oils and grease that remained on the parts during production.
2 step- Alkaline copper
After cleaning, a thin layer of copper is deposited so that micro-imperfections in the metal are not visible. The alkaline copper is responsible for leveling the base of the piece, eliminating imperfections as much as possible for a perfect result.
3 step- Acid copper
Step in which the pieces are subjected to an acid copper bath, which is responsible for making the pieces shine, before receiving the noble metal layer.
4 step- Palladium bath
This part of the process is bathed in palladium, a noble material with the function of increasing the quality of the pieces and ensuring that our skin does not come into contact with the copper in the previous layers.
This bath is also called a hypoallergenic bath (anti-allergic) because it does not contain nickel in its composition (nickel free). It reduces the risk of you having an allergy when using semijoias, as it will only occur if you are allergic to another component such as gold.

5 step - Pre Gold Bath
In this process, the piece receives the first layer of gold, being 24k (carat), this layer will contribute to a better adhesion of the main bath.
6 step- 18k gold plating
This is the bathing process that defines the thousandths of the amount of gold applied to the pieces. Trevisan Concept works with 3 thousandths for earrings because they do not suffer so much friction with the skin, while chain bracelets are plated with 5 thousandths and rings with 10.
7 step- Final layer of gold
This layer of gold is used to give the final color to the piece, standardizing all of them in the same shade. There is a very wide range of gold bath color options, from a darker yellow to a more greenish yellow, each company chooses the tone that most pleases its customers.
8 step- Varnish
In this last step, a special layer of immersion varnish is applied, a transparent film that adheres to the pieces and aims to provide shine, protection and increase resistance to external oxidation. After this process, the varnish is dried in an oven.
